Pros

Great campus, the programs are amazing. There is a lot of support available to you when you need it.

Cons

The pay is awful. You don't get annual raises, just a bonus at the end of the year. They do it this way so they don't have to pay you higher increases every year.

Cons

Poorly managed throughout the company with seemingly misappropriated funds and resources. Needs drastic improvements not to mention low hourly rate not matching the amount of work required.
