Great Company and fulfilling work.

Cons

run by the worst communicators Ive ever seen. Also director have little to no idea the status of there over 14 houses. This is overcome by remarkable staff picking up the slack of the lazy employees they refuse to reprimand

Pros

Great campus, the programs are amazing. There is a lot of support available to you when you need it.

Cons

The pay is awful. You don't get annual raises, just a bonus at the end of the year. They do it this way so they don't have to pay you higher increases every year.

The kids are great. They go on field trips all summer. The program is a really good one

Cons

Administration doesn’t care about the kids. Huge turnover rate. No leadership.
