Pros

If management likes you they will work with you. They will go around your schedule to give you hours. The pay is decent compared to other companies.

Cons

Favoritism amongst management. If you get on someone's bad side you are on everyone's bad side. Management will somewhat black ball you.

Clients are fun to work with- you'll be laughing and smiling all day Most coworkers are usually easy going and good to work with except for supervisor Good hours, pay is OK Upper management friendly and takes care of employee concerns

Cons

Direct supervisor is an awful leader and cruel to employees and clients, poor communication causing staff to be stressed most of the time Strict about overtime Not a lot of room for advancement Poor training for new employees
