For a manufacturing plant Cardinal is clean and comfortable to work at. The plant is filled with great people that make your days enjoyable. If you like rotating 12 hour shifts this is the place for you.

Cons

Cardinals wages are not even remotely competitive with other companies in the area. They make up for this with a monthly profit sharing check. The problem is that check is not guaranteed. They will pull the program with zero notice and leave you with a 30% wage decrease. If you aren't comfortable financially this is not for you. Also, they only offer 1 week of vacation after a year spent in the company and zero sick days so don't plan on taking a family vacation anytime soon after getting hired.
