Pros

There is always work to do with as much optional overtime as you want. Safety is a priority, VPP certified. Plenty of options for shifts with appropriate differentials.

Cons

Can be unclear with policies to the point of seeming to hide things. They will look the other way on some things and use it to their advantage. The bonus is not as big as they tell you it will be.

They need to pay their base salaries higher instead of relying on profit sharing to bolster their employee's income.
