Pros
Temperature controlled warehouse environment, great profit sharing and 401k benefits. Company does several things throughout the year for employee appreciation, like food trucks and bi-annual company party, lots of give aways. Plant manager is a human being that walks the floor daily and practices what he preaches. Overall friendly environment. You get out what you put in.
Cons
Warehouse/manufacturing work, can be tedious/boring work at times.
