      I start in December, but the communication so far has been impeccable and I felt like I was having an intelligent yet light conversation during my interview. I really love the core values and inviting atmosphere from my research.

      The kids are the best reason.

      Cons

      The management sucks, because I was lied to and told I wasn't being a team player and I never complained about the job, but yet someone who got fired from his job can waltz in there ask for something and get it.

      There are no pros working here. RUN AWAY

      Cons

      Do not work there. They do not pay their contractors, they are condescending, they do offer any help, they feed you bs. Cardinal U is a joke, they employ 24 year old who do not know what they are doing. They lie to your face and the list goes on. RUN away while you can. This company is not worth your time. There is no work and life balance you are a slave for them.
