I've worked at Cardinal for over 5 years and can attest that this company cares about the larger picture, and will take ownership of missteps along the way. I'm proud to work alongside top talent that is committed to DE&I initiatives, and who continue to be passionate and determined about what we do as an organization.

      Cons

      My experience at Cardinal has been predominantly a positive one. While there are at times frustrations with processes, etc., Cardinal is committed to being better, and asking for feedback to implement new changes to better serve its people. That's all I can ask for.

      Professional relationships can and are always difficult to manage and I appreciate your speaking up here. The plain truth of it is that sometimes, people just don't jive. I'm hoping though that at one point we can speak of your needs and wants and do our best to pair them with another community.

Totally agree that calls are not always suited given the situation you all are dealing with onsite. I would encourage you to speak to your team lead(s) about your attendance and the value you bring to the call if it is necessary. If so, the communication, knowledge and impact are always great. If not, you have that time back to dedicate to your residents and community.
