      The people are what make Cardinal so special!

      Pros

      This is a company where you are truly given freedom to create, to raise your hand for new opportunities and where growth opportunities are around every corner. The culture here is also way more than words on a welcome card, people try hard to live them out and it shows. The people that work at Cardinal are some of the smartest, most passionate, and fun people i've ever worked with and they make me better every day!

      Cons

      Cardinal is always finding new ways and tools to optimize how we operate or the offerings we offer our clients, which is a great if you enjoy staying busy but if you're looking for a job to clock in and out of and you don't want the fast paced lifestyle you might not like it here.

      Pros

      Cardinal group strives to do the right thing and follow all of its other values as often as possible.

      Cons

      We could do a little better when it comes to rolling out new platforms. I think if they took more time to get input from onsite teams, before making a program required, they would encounter more willingness.
