So many issues!

Cons

Failure to file federal taxes. Violating tax law by modifying employees W4. Company fails to pay vendors or overdue balances. Low pay compared to local market. Paystub access. PTO. Portfolio managers will withhold funds for tenant events in order to get a better bonus. Getting ahold of HR is nearly impossible. HR is unresponsive. Won't take a chance on an employee of 5 years. Cardinal would not promote someone due to missing certifications even though they acknowledged the classes are full. Cannot get in touch with corporate. Corporate email and phone number on website do not work. Will continue to tax you for your employee discount even after you move out. No on the job training provided. Willful negligence in building repairs.

I have been working for Cardinal Group Management for about 7 months now and I can proudly, and confidently say that I truly belong here. I have never in my life felt such belonging, encouragement, and passion for such a company. Cardinal takes care of it's employees to the highest standard possible. In the time I have been with Cardinal I have grown exponentially and have been recognized company wide. Cardinal notices hard work and rewards it with incentives to grow and maximize your experience's. From the work environment to the encouragement from not only my peers and superiors but the overall belonging culture that just fills your atmosphere brings comfort. Comfort in knowing that I just don't work for a company but a family where we all learn, grow, and succeed together. Cardinal Group Management is the best place to work.

Cons

It can be stressful sometimes however, with the resource's Cardinal provides to it's employee's you are NEVER alone.
