      Not a bad gig for students looking to work part time and gain experience in leasing.

      Pros

      Relatively easy job with decent pay for students. Commission was great but could only look forward to that a few months out of the year.

      Cons

      Overhead is difficult. Changing management kind of frequently. Have to diffuse a lot of situations and are talking to students or their parents on the phone all day. Often getting yelled at by people for things you have no control over. Not really opportunities to grow.
