Totally agree that calls are not always suited given the situation you all are dealing with onsite. I would encourage you to speak to your team lead(s) about your attendance and the value you bring to the call if it is necessary. If so, the communication, knowledge and impact are always great. If not, you have that time back to dedicate to your residents and community.

      I gained a lot of experience in sales and customer service.

      I’m my experience Cardinal as a management company was stingy and was very strict on budget even though our property made a lot of money.

      Great Working Teams, but Leadership Needs Work

      - Good group of co-workers. - Good benefits. - Good DE&I.

      Cons

      - Leadership preaches core values, but does not practice themselves. - Are replacing long time and dedicated employees with not as experienced outsourced foreign labor taking away domestic jobs. - Low compensation, does not meet market standards.
