      No, YOU'RE top of the line lol. It's not common knowledge (though it will be shortly) that Cardinal doesn't just manage property, but is comprised of many companies full of people, all doing the best they know how in the service of others. Managing all of those initiatives and projects is literally the crux of all we do, so thank you for the work and passions you bring to work with you each day.

      Management is riddled with nepotism and friends of those in charge are hired. They run the property to the ground with poor management and have employees constantly rotating out due to it.

      Alex O’Brian (CEO) seems like a nice guy, otherwise I don’t have any pros

      Cons

      - mid level managers who are insulting, rude, and I’ve watched make multiple cry - loves to host “fun” event for their corporate office and email the field team to inform them their happening with no involvement for them - nepotism for dayyyysssss - paid “marketing” specialists and support teams that LITERALLY DO NOTHING - A tendency to ask inappropriate questions when it came to Sexual orientation of employees
