      Pros

      The company is amazing and jumps to help when possible. You can screw up and they still have your back as long as you are a employee that always tries to do their best.

      Cons

      Putting a CM in a role with no real follow up. If you ask n APM a question they dont answer they just send you training. The is mosty on point.

      Pros

      Amazing company with great benefits! Management team is very friendly and supportive. They go above and beyond to create lasting relationships. The company itself is highly motivating and really inspires a person to grow not only on a professional level , but on a personal level as well.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons to report so far. Everything is to the point and the company really goes above and beyond to ensure employees are happy.

      Pros

      Cardinal is a great company with lots of resources to help you do your job. They have a multitude of training platforms and different departments to ask for help. They listen to on-site team members and do a great job in addressing needs.

      Cons

      Some reports can seem unnecessary
