I love what you have to say about choosing your attitude. Let's be honest, these last two years in the housing industry have been particularly stressful. After all, we work in people's homes which means we're closer to a person's emotional well-being than ever before. It's that mental choice that we all make of whether to roll on or get rolled over that is the very base of how together, we will continue to define what the business looks like moving forward.
