      Pros

      I’ve been with Cardinal now for almost 2 years, and this is hands-down the best company I’ve ever worked for. They truly value their employees and are very forward-thinking.

      Cons

      The only downside is that there aren’t many career opportunities in my current location, however Cardinal is a growing company and I’m sure more opportunities will come over time.

      Effective communication is definitely something that has had to pivot alongside the changes we all see every day. While our use of currents has proven helpful, I would agree that in the flow of work communication is something that can help us all to feel more connected. Stay tuned for a new software rollout after turn. I think we will earn those fourth and fifth stars when you see what it is and what it can do for us all to better get and give information.
