      1. sponsored vaccines to everyone in their corporate office BUT not their front line workers 2. when times get tough, threaten everyones job- NO JOB SECURITY 3.terrible terrible terrible corporate reps 4. underpay full timers

      Leaving a tough review is an essential part of us gaining more knowledge of each team member's experience - good, bad, and ugly. While I could go into there most definitely not being sponsored vaccines for HQ TMs, but insurance-paid testing, vaccine and 2 weeks paid leave in our Covid response or your other points, I don't think it would be fair to the frustration you've put across here.       Pros

      Great communication and freedom to lead teams. Compensation is fair and great work life balance!

      Cons

      Overtime is frowned upon regardless of work needing to be completed unless it is student TURN. Also slow process to secure funding for capital improvement projects.
