      It's not the easiest thing to be the face of a company on-site. After all, we literally work in people's homes. That sets us aside from many other businesses, which makes you so much more important to people in general. I know it can be tough to deal with unhappy residents, but know that you have a country-wide team of people who are standing behind and cheering for you each day.

      Thanks for speaking up. Property management as a whole can be so difficult. We aren't a company that sells a product and then sends our customers on their merry way. We live in our product, and in a certain way, we are the product that we sell each day. I just want to thank you personally for all the hard work you do. It's not easy being the real estate professional, the attorney, the psychologist, and the big sibling all at once.
