      Pros

      I could go on and on about our Culture! It's what brought me to Cardinal and it is why I can't imagine leaving! The people are amazing and there is so much room for growth! If you want to love where you work and the people you work with, CHOOSE CARDINAL! Also, the benefits are amazing!

      Cons

      We are growing quickly so at times this can require more of you than normal but what makes this fun is that you never feel alone it that! We go through the fun stuff and the hard together as a team and we always come out the other side better!

      poor management unprofessional management drinks on the job acts like ceo when theyre just community managers. micromanage leasing agents treating them like scum

      Pros

      Pros: -The ability to create your own growth if you work for it. -Culture is such an overused term but it really thrives here. You'll see it at all levels and you truly feel like you're part of a team. -You'll be surrounded by like minded, hard working, and genuine people. -Access and Ability to Learn: If you apply yourself, you'll learn more about the industry in 6 months at Cardinal then you would anywhere else. -Leadership: Ownership truly lives what they preach. There's a reason that this company has maintained such a strong standard while growing at the speed and size that it has. Leadership is doing it right (with a HUGE focus on employees and a "best idea wins" mindset) and the growth is well deserved.

      Cons

      -Human Resources and Benefits. Compensation/benefits are way above industry norms, but the lack of responsiveness from HR team members can be very frustrating.
