      Cardinal Group is dedicated to the people who represent the organization. Executive leadership is steadfast on fostering an environment where our people thrive both professionally and personally. This why so many who leave for a brief moment run back, and why so many like me are able to stay and grow within the organization. In some ways, our organization is more like a fraternity with our commitment to each other and rather than "work," as we galvanize together to support our peers and promote communities where everyone can thrive.

      Cons

      Property management is a highly demanding field, which is why the industry turnover rate is high. That said, you arguably won't find a better organization within the industry to align with.

      We talk a lot about the reasons behind why people who choose this business tend to branch out and then come back to Cardinal. The most common reasons we've found have been intense collaboration and being a mentor or mentee.
