      Pros

      True concern for the betterment of their employees, innovative in problem solving approach, always looking to add more resources to all team members to use and a great focus on work/life balance. As a growing company they acknowledge that everything isn't perfect right now but the leadership is always willing to explain their thought process behind changes/improvements and they look to solicit the right feedback before moving in any direction.

      It's a dynamic, changing environment at Cardinal Group so if you aren't good with change it can be challenging environment.

      There are no pros working here. RUN AWAY

      Cons

      Do not work there. They do not pay their contractors, they are condescending, they do offer any help, they feed you bs. Cardinal U is a joke, they employ 24 year old who do not know what they are doing. They lie to your face and the list goes on. RUN away while you can. This company is not worth your time. There is no work and life balance you are a slave for them.

      Pros

      Amazing company culture. The company is young and growing quickly so there is lots of room to grow your personal career. If you are devoted and willing to work hard for Cardinal, they will invest in your career growth. They like to promote from within.

      Cons

      Well below average pay for managing student properties. High stress environment that is constantly changing. Worked here for a year and have worked for 3 separate ownership groups already. Profit hungry ownership groups ruin the cardinal culture and ultimately the work experience.
