      Pros

      Cardinal listens to your recommendations. They make sure you feel valued at all time. This company really has it's finger on the pulse of student housing.

      Cons

      I was switched from salary to hourly so now I have to take timed lunches and stop working. Before I was allowed to eat at my desk will finishing work.

      Pros

      Everyone who works for Cardinal is super friendly and helpful! They really take pride in their inclusive and team culture. They provide many resources for new hires and there is always opportunities for growth within the company. They have a wonderful training program that prepares you for anything that can be thrown at you. I wish I could give more than a 5 star review!
