      This company has great atmosphere, culture and fun, hard working people. They care about growth for the company, as well as its team members. They are great about recognizing the value of each person.

      The initiative to be proactive rather than reactive could be managed better, but it is obvious there are steps in place to make this happen.

      This is a company - and leadership - that truly care about the team. Today at our Thanksgiving Day Potluck, the President was taking people's trash and the vibe was a true appreciation of the Team. Excited to grow here.

      Pros

      The focus on the culture is apparent and they work hard to keep their core values at the forefront of their daily mission. In the three years that I worked with them, they developed programs and platforms that are superior to the other companies out there. This team will never settle for standard or second best and will continue to push to be better than the rest.

      Cons

      The desire to work among the best of the best takes a lot of dedication which can lead to long hours. I personally take a lot of pride in my work and felt a sense of ownership with this team and I struggled to find work life balance.
