      Pros

      If you think that you are better then everyone else, then you will fit in well here.

      Cons

      If you are not "one of the boys" you are ignored and made to feel ostracized. The CEO is a good guy, but the President thinks that he can do everyone's job better then they can, and he gets mean about it. Constructive criticism, guidance, and encouragement are one thing. yelling at your employees as if they are children is another.

      Pros

      Cardinal is a company that lives out its culture on a day to day basis from upper management to on site team members. You are constantly aware that your input and work matter in the bigger picture of the company. Upper management is always willing to help train any new employees and their training program makes transitioning into the industry flawless. One of the best companies I have ever worked for! I highly recommend it.

      Cons

      Turn in student housing can be a stressful experience and a little more guidance might help. Maybe having an upper management "turn team" that focuses on developing a how to process for the onsite team will benefit the managers.

      Pros

      Young and exciting company. I was a leasing and marketing team lead, the company flew all of the leasing team leads to their HQ in Denver for a 3 day leasing summit. I appreciated all of the time spent on training.

      Cons

      Lots of growing pains. It seems that the young company bit off more than they could chew. Once the training ended it seemed that their was little support there after. There is only so much the HQ team can do, it's really up to the onsite teams to follow through with the training. In my case, I believe we had a very weak onsite team. Everyones experience will vary, this is dependent of the onsite team and ownership group of the property. I would love to see Cardinal Group succeed in the future.
