      Pros

      Cardinal is a company that lives out its culture on a day to day basis from upper management to on site team members. You are constantly aware that your input and work matter in the bigger picture of the company. Upper management is always willing to help train any new employees and their training program makes transitioning into the industry flawless. One of the best companies I have ever worked for! I highly recommend it.

      Cons

      Turn in student housing can be a stressful experience and a little more guidance might help. Maybe having an upper management "turn team" that focuses on developing a how to process for the onsite team will benefit the managers.

      You get to live where you work and you are able to work fun events.

      Cons

      You are under appreciated as a worker. You are promised a bonus you will never get and your asked to do a whole lot more that's required of you in the job description.
