My community went through a rough transition, I felt that Cardinal rushed us to get into proper shape and it is hurting us at this point. Steps were missed and simple (but important) things that needed taking care off, were tossed aside for a later time.

The main issues with this company seem to be a lack of employee dedication, a focus on resident events over consistent customer service, and a management team that is more concerned with meetings than supporting their staff until trouble arises from the top leadership. Many employees appear to have a transactional mindset focused on paychecks rather than building a career. Additionally, the company's review process seems ineffective and not taken seriously. Overall, it seems the company's core values exist more as empty words than as guiding principles put into practice.
