      Good if you don't plan to go long term

      Job is very easy, and you often have time to do other things when leasing is not happening (Winter months).

      Cons

      No real connection to corporate structure as most places are a revolving door of employees. HR is AWFUL, I saw them handle cases inappropriately in my time.
