Pros

There is plenty of room to grow and gain new connections. They truly make you feel like family and offer lots of training opportunities to take your career further.

Cons

The company is very big, so sometimes it can feel like you’re not getting the true recognition you deserve for the work done. Often their pay can be slightly lower than other competitor companies.

You speak to a truly important aspect of business now that we're post covid. How and when are people recognized for the work they do each day? Especially when we all just went through being essential workers without actually being designated so. I'd encourage you to help us think through ways recognition can happen in the flow. Happy to connect any time about it too if you have the time to connect.
