      People-first company that cares about growth and development of team members through learning programs and platforms. Promotes multiple culture events like annual Summits, Team Member Appreciation Week, Maintenance Olympics, and more. Have always felt confident my Team Lead cares about my growth.

      Hard time finding cons, but there is so much top talent there is a lot of competition for open roles

Process changes have far reaching effects and you are correct that the training aspect need to be quick, thorough, and memorable while simultaneously being thoughtful of the time stretches you encounter on site with residents and community needs.
