      I've been working at Cardinal Group Companies for almost 2 years, and it has been an amazing experience. The company culture is incredibly positive, and there's a real sense of teamwork and collaboration. Leadership is supportive and always open to new ideas (in fact, the best idea wins!), which makes me feel valued and heard. The opportunities for growth and development are fantastic, and the work-life balance is well-managed. Overall, it's a great environment that fosters both personal and professional growth. Highly recommend!

      I love your sentiment around adjusting to pace. If anything has been proven to be true it's that in the last 10 years, the industry has exploded in terms of services, offerings, and software. Definitely not a job for folks out there who like repetition. Keep doing what you are doing and doing it so well. Your teams and your residents will always see and feel the benefit of your work.

      Coming up on my 7 year mark with Cardinal and what an incredible journey this has been. I've grown so much as an individual with the help and support of so many team members. Sure some days, weeks, or months feel a lot longer and harder than others but working with an organization who strives for authenticity in the workplace is what continues to fuel my passions. Our culture and the people who make up this organization mean everything to me

      Cons

      We need more team members at all levels to use their voice so we can continue to make improvements. Nothing is ever going to be perfect, but I want us to create environments were everyone has a seat at the table and feel like their opinions matter. We cannot get to where we want to be if we don't do it together
