      Best Culture at a Company

      Pros

      The Cardinal culture is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced in the industry. Cardinal is a company where you can bring your whole true self to work each day. Through programs like REDtalks, SDP, and BRGs, Cardinal gives team members so many ways to pursue growth, knowledge and be part of a community where you feel included. Another thing I believe sets Cardinal apart is the encouragement to use your voice. The company has a culture where the best ideas win and does not have a top-down mentality. Other pros are the benefits, PTO, and 12 week paid parental leave. The best thing about Cardinal is the people within the organization that I get to call teammates!

      Pros

      The best reason of working for cardinal group companies at VERVE Madison is my boss. He is extremely accommodating, hilarious, and hard working. There is never a dull moment in the office and everything always gets done and done well at that.

      Cons

      One of the cons is that the market in Madison sells out so fast so once we are sold out the base pay will remain the same and we will no longer be able to make commission
