      Cons

      No work life balance. Depending on your cell, The regional might affect your experience. On site staff complaints were never taking seriously when reported to a hire up.

      Pros

      Good benefits Remote options becoming available

      Cons

      No flexibility for on-site team schedules (remote isn't an option even if you aren't needed in office each day) You have PTO, but there's no minimum use requirement, and it maxes at 120 hours, so if you are on-site, it is hard to find time for yourself to use PTO. Your experience depends on who you work with. You can love Cardinal, then transfer properties and find out that a bad manager equals a bad experience.

      At times it can be a lot to manage in this industry, but Cardinal helps you succeed.
