      The culture is outstanding and I enjoy working with my department each day. Being able to have a work-life balance has been fantastic. The company truly cares about its employees. You are not just a number like at other companies. The company greatly encourages growth.

      - Helps you find DEI groups to identify with. - Pours time and energy into their team members (even part timers) - Amazing upper management teams that truly believe in the mission statement

      - Lots of emails (over communication isn't always a bad thing though)
