      Pros

      Meet great people, centralization has helped at all communities that are with CX3. The help that is needed from Corporate. The passion that Cardinal Group brings to make ever community efficient and striving for the best! Dedicated leaders across the board and much room for growth within the company or the outside world. I've enjoyed my 5 years and hope to make it to 10,20 plus!

      Communication can be better but that's like every job

      Communication with the teams on site really is the whole point of the work we're all doing from afar. I completely agree that it's the make or break issue as we keep moving into new areas and services!

      Pros

      Cardinal does a great job of sharing a clear vision of growth and planning with their teams. There is a unified desire and effort at all levels to see team members excel and grow, and the support shared with all current and team members from acquisitions and new hires is the strongest backbone of the company.

      Cons

      There is a competitive edge to performance in everything Cardinal does. If you're not apt to be competitive about stepping up and succeeding, preferring a more laid-back style of 'we'll get to it when we get to it', then Cardinal's culture of pushing team members to succeed won't mesh well for you.

      Facilities and it's responsible management is a topic rarely discussed, but critical to the overall success of the org. Renewals, satisfactions surveys, etc are all tied directly to the work you and your team does every day. Your voicing the shared belief and passions of the facilities teams here in your review is going to help show the workforce looking for a next role that Cardinal is the place for them.

      Everyone is so incredible kind, supportive, and roots for each other. I have seen this company grow and the team members come together. LOVE this company!

      In the post covid workplace, teams coming together really has been the biggest struggle encountered by all industries. The point you make above here around that is really something you should be proud of. It can also directly be tied to the power of a culture based organization whose strength comes from belief in the voices of people. Thanks for the review.
