      -Will develop high-potentials -Good opportunities to learn -Inclusive culture -Work culture built around continuous improvement -Benefits + Pay are good

      -Limited mobility for promotion at the distribution centers -High turnover -Personal and professional culture objectives that are pushed are not always aligned with what is actually practiced -Pay by itself seems below average

      Good amount of vacation time. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Advancing comes down to who you know and how much you suck up. I've been with the company for almost 9 years and recently I was passed up for THREE jobs in favor of people who had been with the company less than a year and had no experience.
