Pros

I have have lots of flexibility and am empowered to make decisions. My leadership is encouraging and push me to do my best, not just for the company but for me.

Cons

With us in a remote working world I would like to see better pay scale. Someone from a state with higher cost of living could get paid a lot more for doing the exact same job. I would like to see it a little more even across the board.
