Pros

Overtime is during the week, so no weekend shifts. Starts off with about 16 days of P.T.O. and 56 hours of protected P.T.O. (their version for sick time basically), so it's more than most companies offer for entry level positions.

Cons

Never know when you will be done working because it's "until task complete." There have been multiple months where that is 12 hour days every day, but there have also been weeks where you don't even get 40 hours. Very unpredictable and frustrating schedule. Also, pay and pay raises are really sketchy. It's very hush hush and no public payscale is posted. People with the same job title are making totally different amounts, sometimes even multiple dollars difference. New people making more than people that have been there for years. You have to fight tooth and nail to get a raise, and if you do get it, it won't be much. Everything is "performance based," which is code word for favoritism and discrimination. The night shift leadership is a joke. Very inexperienced and uneducated leads. They have no idea how to effectively communicate or lead, so they mimic what they have seen done in the past. It's very sad to see who they have chosen to promote and how they choose not to address bad behaviors. If you ask them to address something, their response will be to just "document it" and then that document gets filed away. If anything, they may change the schedule around, but they will never inform employees why those changes were made or explain the behaviors they are attempting to address by changing the schedule. You're also on your feet all night and bend a lot while picking, so people often have foot and leg pain, and back issues.

Pros

Great starting pay especially for younger adults, fairly simple job that requires picking and packing medicine, air controlled warehouse so you aren’t consistently sweating.

Cons

Very poor management, lack of communication between employees and managers, not much opportunity to grow unless you are a friends or family member of management or one of the leads, the refrigerator room is way too cold and causes soreness if you don’t have on a full body heat suit, and you are set to very very high expectations when it comes to packing the medicine.
