Pros

Great work schedule easy work

Cons

Managers poor favoritism promotions to friends. Supervisors in outbound reek of alcohol show up whenever not found always in office never on floor. Accountability only those they target friends of theirs do what they want.

Pros

Hey it's a job. So it can stop you from being homeless

Cons

My experience here was very negative. I was assigned to pass orders all night with far too few people to handle the workload. The totes were extremely heavy, and after hours of nonstop lifting my shoulders were hurting and even started clicking. It felt unsafe and unsustainable. Another thing I noticed was that no women were ever assigned to this position. Based on how physically demanding and understaffed it was, I can understand why—anyone would probably quit if they were put in this role under these conditions. Overall, the job felt physically damaging and poorly managed. I cannot recommend working here.
