Terrible raises (can't even call it a raise, less than the standard cost of living increase) Insurance used to be good, but they changed this year, premiums are more and so are the deductibles (and out of pocket max). C levels prospser and take private jets home every weekend while the worker bee's carry the load and struggle to get by. Internal growth and promotion is only for the chosen few.
