Pros

Opportunities for internal job postings, Growth potential for individuals that work hard, flexible hours.

Cons

Large organization with A LOT of bureaucracy, too much of an emphasis on sales, aging technology, poor compensation plans with an expectation to produce above one's job level.

Pros

The benefits package was great.

Cons

I was originally hired under the pretenses of working a 5 AM to 1:30 PM shift only to be told after taking the position I would be on full night shift. The training was poor and I was often left with little to do as the supervisor rarely came in at night.

Pros

A few good supervisors and employees do best to get results but seems a losing battle. PTO is decent couple good supervisors trying to hold it together

Cons

Sum of parts doesn’t add up to results could be better but management is driving things in wrong direction. Corporate really doesn’t seem to understand or support manufacturing. Even the shipping and inventory processes are raw material control are a mess even tho this was they’re bread and butter distributing meds before buying up manufacturing companies.
