Pros

You will train on 3 different Material Handling Equipment (stand-up forklift, walkie rider, and cherry picker) which will give you certification. As someone who never got the opportunity to do this at other warehouses, I thought that was the best thing ever. The very rare instance of Saturday shift was cool too. They have solid training for new associates. You will be expected to crosstrain in the event other departments need help... something I also thought was cool. They provide employees a good starting point because of the variety they offer in work.

Cons

Nothing about the company directly... except their insurance options aren't the best; they don't offer much coverage/help.
