      Pros

      The hourly workers are very dedicated and hard working individuals. The company benefits are generally very good but seemingly ever changing.

      Cons

      The Management Team in this facility is very disconnected from their staff. Problems start at the Top (Director of Operations) and work there way through the rest of the management staff. Sad but true
