Pros

Tons of PTO. An all out commitment to special work perks like "summer time hours", if you have nothing scheduled after noon on a Friday go home.

Cons

Government advancement culture, not a meritocracy where those that perform get promoted. Notoriously stingy on compensation. Expect to make 20% less than you market value.

Pros

Wages and compensation are good for college students Some flexibility in regards to schedule Most employees are nice

Cons

Mandatory overtime - you don't leave until work is done Management seems unable to improve work experience or efficiency, constant miscommunication Supervisors impose unrealistic targets for employees, most seem to not know what they're doing and just going by trial and error
