      Cardinal Health is a great company to work for. The company believes in investing in its people and likes to promote from within. It believes in giving its employees opportunities to try new things and expand their knowledge of the business.

      You must be open to change as we continue to grow, we must continue to change to be successful in the health care market.

      Pros

      Great overall benefits. Employees can advance career if you know how to navigate a big corporation. Fair compensation for most areas.

      Cons

      Raises are minimal for internal candidates. Lots of restructuring and changes, not a good fit for someone who likes vanilla routine. Politics get in the way of true collaboration.
