Pros

Good work life balance. Remote work allowed. Good short term job.

Cons

NO machine learning. NO career progression. This is purely an entry level data analysis position. You will be doing the same basic analysis and visualizations that you did when you were first hired. Most of the requests from the manager are busy work and purely out of the manager’s curiosity. The head of the analytics department is never around and you hear from him via zoom call maybe twice a year. The direct manager skipped the employee review, telling us to fill out all the prompts without any discussion of our career goals or performance. I left this job with less data science knowledge than when I began. Bottom line, this is purely an entry level data analysis job with no advancement in work or knowledge. Cardinal Health is a pharmaceutical distributor so prepare to have ethical conflicts about that as well.
