      Lots of work, Lots of overtime and plenty of room for advancement

      No Life/Work Balance at all, hard to get vacation, Middle and Senior Management refuse to listen to employees

      People are great and you are treated with respect.

      Cons

      Lack of opportunities for employees not in company development programs. Developmental program employees do not contribute enough. They recruit from only a handful of universities. Pay is much lower than competitors.
