Pros
Cardinal Health is a great company to work for. Despite complaints of low salaries, I feel that reasonable pay can be achieved if you earn it. The company offers excellent stability through diversity, great benefits, and a very flexible work environment.
Cons
It is a large corporate environment which lends itself to the challenge of staying on top of the initiatives in place. The company is in growth mode and has been with many acquisitions leading to some disorder and inconsitencies
