      Pros

      Work from home a few days a week. Good health benefits packages to choose from. Can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      Bad pay, no incentives. Doing work for other departments and no recognition or benefit. Constantly increasing expectations, toxic work culture. My department was at the bottom of the food chain.
