      It's healthcare - it's stable in a tough economy. The company is growing even in a bad economy. The benefits are good, the pay is fair, there's a very good reputation of this company in the industry.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for promotion, especially if you're located in the field away from the corporate HQ. Professional development really depends on your direct leader.
