The CSR department was micro-managing -with 4 levels of management taking part in the daily tasks. High expectations with KPI's, call volumes are way too high with no time to finish other tasks assigned as part of the goals. No lenience in terms of flexibility - if you ask to leave 2 mins early, they will dock it from your lunch.
